The above reminds me of a defrosted frozen pizza sauce-overload of mozzarella strips, even a little resemblance of the friendly Oregon by shape but really, this was the remains of our first homemade kimchi mushed in on the bottom of a bag. A month later, another batch of fresh Kimchi made with the help of Kyuhyung, I'm ready to jumpstart some food-related festivities this February.

Finally...Cathy Erway's cookbook is published! I played a small part by illustrating the interior chapters many moons ago and I can't wait to see them, soon soon soon. What follows would be a toast to Lunar New Year on Valentine's Day, what do you say?
